When I try to access IFSE from the office I receive an error message or cannot open the Web page.

If you’re trying to access the program from your office you may not be able to gain access because your office network has built in a firewall that prevents you from accessing applications such as IFSE using their network. Check with your system administrator to find out if this is the problem.

I don’t know my IFSE student number. Can I use my college/university student number?

No. The system is set up to accept only your 7-digit IFSE student number. If you don’t know or forget your IFSE student number contact IFSE.

I logged onto IFSE and registered but I did not receive an e-mail confirmation.

Log onto the Web site and check that your e-mail address is correct in the personal information section. Edit if necessary.
